Back in the fall 2013, Canadian Guider magazine Communications Coordinator Mary Vincent and Editor Sharon Jackson contacted me to see if I would do an article for their spring problem. They are just tired of crafts or wished to publish an article on how old suggestions might be adapted by Guiders and discover new types when they are not very tricky, and also how to get out of a rut that was crafting. So I said I would really like to! I had never done anything like this before that I did a blogger interview with Canadian Guider magazine . So section Spring Fun that contributed to another double page spread in their own Spring 2014 suggestions to Go! Please note that the tic tac toe craft wasn't my first idea...I had discovered that notion in a craft magazine. I came up ago when I had been Brown Owl. . .well maybe not ages. . .about 8 decades back. . .ok maybe that was! This Patrol Emblem Memory game idea was created by LOLI . The symbol has changed, although the emblems are the same, thank goodness. GGC emblem has a boundary around the trefoil.This felt tic tac toe game has been enjoyable to make. Not my idea but I can not remember which magazine it was from. . .possibly Pac-O-Fun. I'd sent a lot of photos of my craft ideas from over the years and they selected a few for the article Get Crafty! . islamic-wall
Some of the photographs were posted on Owl & Toadstool over the past couple of years so you will realize a few.This newspaper Brownie doll in the older orange uniform athletic that the former two finger signal might easily be adapted to suit the new uniform and hand sign. At the left you can view my Guider SmashbookWow! They did an amazing job! since they do throughout the magazine! This reminds me of a smashbook webpage and scrapbook papers! The final of my craft notions in Northern Guider Spring 2014 Ideas to Go segment... Clothespin pompom Caterpillars. The article says A joyful Hat Craft although I have used this craft because a memo/note holder. It functions both ways I'm sure. It's a magnetic backing. The article left out that the strip in the substances but that is okay. This craft was just another"made ages ago" craft once I had been Tawny Owl. I've been Night Owl, Tawny Owl, Brown Owl, Guider Lee Ann, Guider Brown Owl. . .so many titles! But I reply to all of these LOL.
